The 4th Month

The past month has marked so many changes in Fischer that we can hardly believe it's the same baby! He can now take toys from our hands (though rather clumsily), he smiles and laughs at himself in the mirror, he rolls over both ways, he loves to blow rasberries with his tongue, and he constantly looks at the world with wide-eyed wonder. His 4 month doctor visit was another "A" with growth and development. He is now 16 lbs 4 oz and 25 1/2 inches long. This may seem big to some, but for his length, he is perfect. Here are some other things Fischer has done this month:

I like to hold my head up to see my toys or the TV!
I like to play with my friend Nolan who is 6 wks older than me!

I like to sit in my bumbo seat and watch Tigger bounce and sing!
I like to play with the fish and kick the ball on my gym!
My favorite song is the COPS theme song (Bad Boys)...mommy recorded it for me to watch over and over!
I got an excersaucer from a friend and I love to play with the record player on it!
I can now sleep without a swaddle!

I can sit in my high chair and play while mommy cooks dinner or washes dishes!
I like to play "Where's the Baby!" (although my favorite game is Peek-A-Boo)

I went to my first church picnic and loved the big oak trees!
