Snow Cream!!!

We made snow ice cream for the first time today (I had never even heard of it until yesterday). Fischer loved it, although I didn't care for it very much. I'm going to try Paula Dean's recipe next time. And yes, it is yellow...but I did NOT scoop yellow snow from the yard...I let Fischer choose the food coloring, and he wanted yellow!
