Brilliance
This is my husband with two of his friends, Matt and Robb, using their amazing brains to move Robb's swing set 2 blocks down a brick road to his new house. I am amazed no one was severely injured.
Here's the plan actually working:

8 months & Halloween
Here's my 8 month picture...still doing well and just waiting until the 29th!
Fischer had a fever on Halloween, so he didn't get to go out. Instead, we sat by the front window and watched daddy hand out candy to all the trick-or-treaters in our neighborhood. Fischer decided to wrap himself around my belly as if it were a giant pillow. (We're going to dress him up this Sunday and take him to see family so he doesn't miss out completely).

Pony Ride
Fischer got to take his first pony ride last weekend! (I've been avoiding it until now b/c I'm allergic to them and he had to be big enough that he could hang on himself...the workers stayed beside him).

Fischer's face says it all: "Is this guy really on his cell phone right now???"

Cheeeeeese!

Still having fun! (the little boy in the background kept tipping his hat and saying "yee-haw"...it was so cute).

More from October
Fischer's new swing set is complete!

The trapeze is his favorite part.

This is my 7 month picture...about 1 1/2 weeks late (already have the 2nd child syndrome!)...and yes, I know I look big, but as with Fischer, the doctor says everything is measuring just fine. Again I'm just all belly because of my limited stature.

Just Hangin' Around
We aren't doing much new around here besides trying to get all our little projects done before the baby is born...so here's just a few pics from the last few weeks.
Dustin had a toenail worked on and had to soak his foot twice a day...Fischer came in, took off his clothes, and climbed in! (kinda gross, I know, but at least it was Epsom salt and this was after weeks of healing).

Of course we made him get out, so he sat and soaked his feet too.

Daddy reading Fischer a bedtime story (usually we use the rocking chair).

Fischer likes to play with my headbands...he did this all by himself.

I'm finally working on decorating Fischer's room...here are the 4 paintings I made to match his bedding (the pillow is part of his bedding).

I joined a cooking co-op where we spend one day each month cooking enough dinners to last the month...we also do some prep work the day before. My job was to brown ground beef. I ground 40 pounds in about 3 hours!
Here's 5 pounds before:

And 5 pounds after! (I did this 8 times)

Anyone need an 8x8 pan full of grease??

The fruits of my our labor...a freezer full of meals I can just pull out and heat up on the stove or in the oven. Add a veggie and rolls and dinner is ready!
